DELEN CONSULTING PTY LTD
PROVIDES SPECIALIST PSYCHOLOGICAL SERVICES TO MANAGE INSIDER RISK.

Delen Consulting is a trusted provider of specialised psychological services tailored to address the pressing challenge of insider risk.

Insider risk is the likelihood of harm or loss to an organisation and its subsequent impact because of the action or inaction of an insider. An insider is anyone who has, or had,

authorised access to any aspect of your organisation. In short, if you have people, you have risk.*

The risk posed by insiders, particularly those who hold critical positions, is often overlooked yet the costs can be significant. Losing vital data and information through the intentional or

unintentional actions of an insider can result in financial loss, reputational damage and diminished competitive advantage.

Monitoring software can help detect threats from insiders. Background checks are essential. However, a psychological understanding of what moves an insider from a risk to a threat is critical.
